About the show
A huge night of live music coming to The Vic as Cornwall’s rising singer-songwriter Archie Ray takes the stage.
Blending the sounds of Ed Sheeran, Sam Fender and Lewis Capaldi with his own unique edge, Archie delivers a set that moves effortlessly from anthemic rock-pop ballads to catchy hip-hop influenced tracks and stripped-back emotional moments.
Archie’s been making serious waves, supporting names like Jack Savoretti (O2 Academy Bournemouth), touring Ireland with Brad Heidi, and sharing stages with Casey Lowrey. His music has also picked up airplay on BBC Introducing, BBC Cornwall and beyond, with tracks featured in award-winning film soundtracks.
Supporting on the night are Lovepet Horror, a four-piece indie post-punk band bringing driving basslines, sharp guitar riffs and moody melodic energy. Think Joy Division, The Cure and Arctic Monkeys, delivered with a raw and intimate live presence.
