Long Road Home is a song based rock band, whose music is drenched in the blues and with shades of prog. The band’s influences can be traced back to the emergence of the British Blues scene, the 70’s and beyond, through subsequent related genres, which continue up to the present day. Influences include bands and artists such as; Deep Purple, Jethro Tull, Focus, Gary Moore, Robin Trower and Joe Bonamassa.

The band formed in 2022, from the ashes of two highly promising musical projects; Storm Warning, a fine live band, well known throughout the UK and Europe for their powerful arrangements and five highly rated albums, and Rien de Faire, a keyboards based, pop/blues outfit, writing harmonically complex songs with sophisticated arrangements.
