About the show
Two decades of brilliant comedy. Twenty years of unforgettable Friday nights. Join us as Catch 22 Comedy Club celebrates its 20th anniversary.
Since 2005, we’ve been bringing you a stellar night out, packed with familiar telly faces and the finest comics from across the country. What started as an idea has become Stockton’s premier comedy night delivering proper dead good nights out.
Set in an intimate venue with a buzzing atmosphere, our shows guarantee laughs and memorable moments. The lineup features two comedians who first opened the club 20 years ago and a legacy one of a kind duo who are retiring this year!
Please note that the artists appearing may be subject to change.
Featuring
Matt Reed
Formerly of the comedy duo Mat & Faron, Matt Reed went solo in 2002, scoring Leicester Comedian Of The Year in 2003. An energetic and engaging performer, he's loaded with cheek and will make your eyes water. 'Absolutely hilarious... had the crowd rolling around' (BBC).

Alex Boardman
Oldham-born-and-bred comic who epitomises the laddish, male perspective on the world. After cutting his teeth on the Manchester comedy circuit, he is now a national act, appearing across the country and occasionally on the BBC. Not for the easily offended. 'His tall tales can lead anywhere on any given night' (The Times) 'A rare mixture of wit and charm' (The Guardian) 'Probably the quickest I’ve ever seen, certainly the funniest' (The Big Issue).

The Raymond & Mr Timpkins Revue
'It's freakish entertainment on a twisted stick', the charismatically challenged uncle and nephew duo, invite you into a world of stylophone rock anthems, brushed velvet arousal and 'indulgent, brilliant tackiness'. Likened to Morecambe and Wise and the Two Ronnies, anyone who can bring the house down with nothing more than a couple of Lidl carrier bags and an Oasis song have to be seen to be believed. 'A mad, anarchic triumph of stupidity over style. Not to be missed' (The Guardian).
