Peter Brush

Peter Brush is a highly distinctive performer and deft writer of finely crafted jokes. He unassumingly takes the stage with his slight bespectacled frame and scruffy hair, before consummately conquering it with an arsenal of razor sharp quirky one-liners and peerlessly original routines, all delivered in an amusingly awkward fashion. A BBC New Comedy Award Finalist 2013 & Harrogate Comedian of the Year 2012, he has also written for BBC Radio 4's 'The News Quiz'. 'An imaginative use of language and obtuse angles of thought that produce distinctive and eclectic gags... his best lines are inspired' (Chortle). “Unique observations and connections that stand-ups crave” (The Guardian).

Karen Bayley

Karen began her comedy career back in 2001 and since then she has gone from strength to strength. As resident compere at her own club in Sutton Coldfield Karen honed her comedic talents and is now a well respected comic travelling the country entertaining the masses. Karen was the first ever female winner of the prestigious Comedy Store King Gong award. In 2004 she took a show to the Edinburgh Festival with Susan Murray where she gained glowing reviews. 'Inspired and sparkling punchlines... comic timing that is rarely less than brilliant. An assured performer who doesn't have much trouble getting audiences laughing' (Steve Bennett, Chortle UK) 'She has me in stitches' (Alan Carr) 'Blew my socks off... doesn't dwell too much on lady issues... Funny in her own right... brilliant, clever and she's gonna be huge' (BBC Tees).

Roger Monkhouse

'Skinhead, intellectual, and specialist compere, Roger Monkhouse employs a deadly combination of charm and menace to exert a masterful control over any audience' (Glee) 'His laconic delivery shields an engaging persona and an enquiring mind' (The Guardian) 'Pulls punchlines, seemingly, out of thin air... Saucy - and uncompromisingly so - sometimes topical, sometimes punny, sometimes clever, sometimes daft... There is, in short, something in this varied comedy menu for every taste... A gifted natural... One of the consummate professionals of the stand-up circuit' (Chortle) '... one of the most experienced acts in the business. His deadpan style and quick wit make him one of the best acts out there, and he is a regular fixture at top venues all over the country, as well as performing extensively throughout the rest of the world' (Funhouse Comedy).

Barry Dodds

This charming Geordie motor-mouth has audiences in the palm of his hand, even when discussing the most near the knuckle subjects. With material ranging from the supernatural to euthanasia, everything is delivered with a cheeky smile that wins over even the most stony faced of the audience. A finalist in various high profile competitions such as Jimmy Carr’s Comedy Idol and Jongleurs Last Laugh Comedy Search, his twinkly eyed, playful demeanour disarms judging panels, industry experts and audiences alike, allowing him flirt coquettishly with topics that are traditionally a little more unusual. 'Hugely enjoyable... a ton of great stories... one to watch' (The Guardian) 'Razor sharp humour' (Metro) '... the appealing and perceptive Barry Dodds... captivates his audiences with his energy, spirit and tantalizing wit. His mix of surprisingly uncanny and irrepressibly cheeky material leaves them wanting for more' (Funhouse Comedy).
