Get Ready to Rock Sheffield – Rockin The Bowl 2025 Is Coming to The Forge Warehouse!

Brace yourselves, rock fans – Sheffield and South Yorkshire’s biggest open-air celebration of pure, unfiltered rock ‘n’ roll is back! The Rockin The Bowl Festival is ready to shake the very foundations of The Forge Warehouse – Sheffield. Over one electrifying day, a hand-picked selection of some of the finest acts in the business will take the stage, promising a sonic feast for headbangers and rockers alike.
This year’s main stage boasts a stellar line-up that’s sure to blow your minds. Prepare to lose yourself to the raw energy of The Kris Barras Band on one of their only headline performances, made even more special as it will be the same day as Kris Barras’s 40th birthday. Enjoy The Karma Effect, and Hollowstar, alongside hard-hitters like Doomsday Outlaw, Amongst Liars and Ablaze. For those seeking soaring melodies and fierce riffs, In Search of Sun, Ransom and Ace of Kings are here to take you higher!
But wait - this is no ordinary festival! The rock doesn’t stop when the main stage lights dim. Our after-party promises to keep the night alive with This House We Built serving up your late-night fix of pounding anthems and unrelenting energy. Oh, and did we mention? The night will be hosted by none other than the legendary Pete K Mally, bringing his signature humour and charm to an already unforgettable experience.
Kris Barras Band
Kris Barras is the U.K's most exciting Blues-Rock Guitarist. His blend of soul-wrenching melodies with blistering technique has thrilled audiences worldwide for the past decade. The band's unique mix of foot-stomping riffs and catchy tunes have made them the 'must-see' Blues/Rock band of 2018. Kris was voted in the Top 15 Blues Guitarists in the world by the reader's of Music Radar/Total Guitar Magazine. In April 2018, it was announced that Kris would become the new frontman for USA super-group, Supersonic Blues Machine. The band feature's legendary artists such as ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons, Steve Lukather (Toto), Eric Gales, Warren Haynes (Gov't Mule) and Walter Trout.

Hollowstar
Cambridgeshire rock four-piece drawing upon musical influences including; Alter Bridge, Black Stone Cherry, Thunder and Slash. This melting pot of inspiration has combined to create a punchy, heavy-hitting rock sound that certainly seems to resonate with their growing fan base.

In Search of Sun is a five piece British Heavy Metal band, formed in the suburbs of North West London in early 2011 by a group of young upstarts that have been captivating audiences wherever they go. Since the bands inception, the young quintet have been piling huge amounts of energy into their live show and throwing out hard hitting grooves and monster riffs that have won them fans across the UK and beyond.
