Over 120 world-class improvisers descend on Nottingham for five days of spontaneous comedy magic
Nottingham is set to welcome the world's finest improvised comedy talent as the Robin Hood International Improv Festival returns for its fourth year. Running from Wednesday 3rd - Sunday 7th September, the festival has grown to become the UK's largest improv festival, with over 120 improvisers traveling from across the globe to perform at Nottingham's Squire Performing Arts Centre in Arboretum Street.
The festival continues to live up to its promise – it's so funny, you won't believe it's made up.
Since 2022, the Robin Hood International Improv Festival has established Nottingham as one of the key cities in UK improv, attracting performers from Australia, USA, Canada, Netherlands, Estonia, Sweden and beyond. This year's line-up promises to be the most ambitious yet, showcasing both established international acts and exciting emerging talent.
