Following a split in 2002, Jarvis Cocker spent the next few years concentrating on a new life in Paris, solo albums and becoming a DJ for BBC 6Music. Then after a nine-year hiatus, 2011 saw the triumphant return of the quintessential Britpop band from Sheffield.
