Join legendary cricketing all-rounder and TV presenter Freddie Flintoff as he shares the defining moments that have shaped his extraordinary life and career so far – in his own words.
From the first time he picked up a cricket bat in Lancashire, to facing down the Aussies in 2005, Freddie looks back on the triumphs and challenges that made him. Candid, funny and deeply personal, this is the story behind the headlines – including the quieter, off-camera moments that changed everything.
He’ll reflect on that final over at Edgbaston, the highs of international cricket and the pressures of life under the media glare – as well as the unexpected move into television. And, following the car crash that changed everything, how it was cricket – the game he thought he’d left behind – that gave him a way back.
A reflection on a unique life, a story like no other, and a love letter to the game that made him, this is Freddie Flintoff live.
