Hope Tala
Hope Tala is a singer-songwriter from London who combines her two loves of music and literature to create songs exhibiting mournful, soft melodies laced with nostalgic literary references. Her influences include Lauryn Hilll, D’Angelo and Shakespeare, which culminate in a unique lyricism and sound that encapsulates aspects of neo-soul, rap and lyric poetry.
