Tonic Walter

Tonic Walter is an electronic music duo from southern Germany, formed by Maximilian Nestmann and Marcel Vckov. After spending time in Munich and Berlin, they found renewed inspiration in their hometown of Altenstadt in the Bavarian countryside. The two first met in elementary school, started a band, and later shifted their focus to electronic music - bonding over a shared love for artists like The Blaze, Bicep, and Moderat. Combining analog synthesizers, live instruments, and organic drum grooves, Tonic Walter creates a distinct sound rooted in melodic house, deep house, and techno, while keeping the raw energy of a live band.
