Hal Cruttenden “Can Dish It Out But Can’t Take It”
Hal is back with a show that promises to stick it to ‘The Man’, as long as ‘The Man’ doesn’t stick it back to him.
With his trademark hard-hitting ‘take no prisoners’ comedy (this is what Hal told me to write!!!) he will be hilariously pontificating on subjects like middle aged dating, social media, the insanity of modern politics and the fact that his daughters love him but don’t respect him. He believes that, after you’ve seen the show, you’ll feel exactly the same way.
As seen on Live At The Apollo x 3, Royal Variety x 2, Have I Got News For You, The Apprentice You’re Fired, Bake Off Extra Slice and Would I Lie To You.
Robin Ince “Ice Cream for a Broken Tooth”
At the Morecambe Poetry Festival 2023, Robin was officially handed his Poetic Licence (it is real, he’ll show it to you if you ask, and often if you don’t). This new show mixes poetry and happy stories about the things that have made life delightful, from Doctor Who and horror movies, to the camaraderie of protest marches and and his love of dishevelled cemeteries. Robin is a multi award-winning comedian and host of the The Infinite Monkey Cage on Radio 4.
He co-created the Cosmic Shambles Network and created the groundbreaking science variety night Nine Lessons and Carols for Curious People which has been adapted worldwide.
