The Passion of Good Friday

About the show

me and relive the final hours of Jesus’s life, in spoken and sung word. The performance centres on a dramatic reading of St John’s Gospel, interspersed with new choral works composed for this event by Musical Director Anthony Fort, performed by our resident vocal group Union Chapel Voices.

There will be congregational hymns for the season, accompanied by our historic organ and Gospel classics accompanied by our house band. We look forward to joining you as we mark one of the most poignant moments in the Christian calendar.
