Long-time supporter and ambassador of Choose Love, musician and composer Anoushka Shankar, is curating a very special, intimate night of entertainment to raise funds for Choose Love.
The show will feature music performances, spoken word, comedy and poetry from a spectrum of her incredible friends and supporters of Choose Love, including: Aakash Odehdra, Denise Gough, Elif Shafak, Inua Ellams, MoYah, Nadine Shah, Nikita Gill, Nish Kumar, Nitin Sawhney, Poppy Ajudha, Shappi Khorsandi and more!
100% of the profits will go to Choose Love's work supporting displaced people.

Elif Shafak
Turkish novelist Elif Shafak blends Western and Eastern traditions of storytelling, bringing out myriad tales of women, minorities and subcultures, and breaking down categories, clichés and cultural ghettoes. Hugely influential and with a global audience, her novels include The Bastard of Istanbul, The Forty Rules of Love and Honour, and she is a regular contributor to the New York Times, Financial Times, Guardian, Independent, and Time magazine.

Inua Ellams
Boundless lover of rhythm and language, Inua Ellams has achieved considerable success as both a visual artist and poet. He has performed in a wide variety of venues and festivals, including the National Theatre, Queen Elizabeth Hall, the Tate Modern, Glastonbury and Latitude, in addition to extensive work as a workshop facilitator in universities and schools across the UK.

Nadine Shah
British born by way of Norweigan and Pakistani parentage, Nadine Shah is a vocalist/pianist from a small North East town called Whitburn over looking the waves and jagged rocks of the North Sea. Having earned an early reputation for that uniquely rich, soulful voice; Nadine released her debut album Love Your Dum and Mad to critical acclaim in 2013 and her 2017 third album Holiday Destination made the shortlist of the 2018 Mercury Album Prize award.
