Butterfly Wing is a UK-based solo artist and singer-songwriter who marked his arrival with the debut release of his first full-length album, REMAIN, in July 2025. Emerging with a sound that is both atmospheric and emotionally resonant, Butterfly Wing draws from a rich tapestry of influences. His formative years were spent as the guitarist and primary songwriter in the cult 90s band CHiPS, where his musical identity was shaped not only by the melodic brilliance of artists like Peter Green, Marc Bolan, Johnny Marr, and Bernard Butler, but also by the pulsating euphoria and sonic textures of the UK’s club culture.
