Rotimo is that ‘out of the box’ singer/songwriter that is creeping up out of nowhere. Previously the front man of a UK based funk band, Rotimo has graced many stages across London and the UK including The Lovebox Festival and The Jazz Cafe. The release of his Mixtape, ‘Unchainged’, is a mere starting point and just an introduction of what is to come. With his combination of Afrobeat, Pop, soul, RnB and Funk and musical influences from Stevie Wonder and Prince to Fela Kuti, Maxwell, and Outkast, it is clear to see that his roots are in soul music. However his eclectic nature does not give in to the boundary of genre.
