About the show
We are starting a new London venture, a monthly residency at our new favourite place called The Others at Stoke Newington.
Every month we bring two fantastic acts from London, some of our dearest and the most inspiring musical friends, to perform for you in the Sunday late afternoon.
Next, obviously, PerKelt will smash a high-octane pagan speed folk set, aiming to present fresh, brand new song in the mix whenever possible
Then we'll be sitting by the table at this very cosy and welcoming place and we'll be jamming all together until midnight
Come and join us if you can! This night is meant to be relaxed, inspiring and utterly magical... what everybody needs before the new week kicks in with all its might, innit.

PerKelt
PerKelt draw inspiration from pagan spirituality, ancient folklore melodies and poetry, and their inner urge to play fast, dance and to have as much fun on the stage as their audience in front. Merging the sound of flutes, fiddles, african tribal drums, guitars, harp and haunting vocals; stirring in the pagan poetry, enchanting atmosphere, genuine spontaneity and absolute passion for their music; they bring in the genre of their own, best described as 'pagan speed folk'.
