About the show
Ayo Bamidele. is a singer songwriter with a very soulful voice and intricate innovative guitar style. He plays his own original music, which is a blend of soul and folk. He has been active recording and performing for over twenty -five years at festivals and small venues across the UK.
His music covers the full spectrum of life's rich tapestry, its loves, joys and challenges. His influences include Tracy Chapman, Bill Withers, Labi Siffre and Ritchie Havens. He has recently recorded two albums with producer Brendan Lynch who is known for his work with artists such as Paul Weller, Ocean Colour Scene, Carleen Anderson and the Young Disciples. The albums are The Master Tapes and The Recorder both are available on CD/LP/Digital.
