Portent is a politically satirical play with themes of war, corruption and mortality and scenes about the inner workings of a political party on the verge of collapse, showing uncanny similarities to today's world issues.

While the play's broad focus is on the political cabinet, it also delves into the personal lives of those within and each of their delicate relationships with the world around them.
