Joanna Duda is more than a pianist; her music is extraordinary. She uses broken keyboards, rewinding tapes and field recordings, listening attentively to every sound. Joanna founded the Trio in 2017 with Maksymilian Mucha (double bass) and Micha? Bryndal (drums), treating the jazz trio format as just one of many conventions to explore. They all incorporate electronic elements like effects, samplers, and sequencers.
