Thrilled to be bringing Chicago’s Friend of a Friend to the UK for the first time! We’ll be hosting them on this great weekender they’re doing with our friends the experimental alt rock pop experience Pet Twin at London’s Paper Dress Vintage in Hackney, on Friday 8th May!

Friend of a Friend formed in the summer of 2020 after a lifetime just missing each other. Since their 2022 debut release, they’ve toured relentlessly throughout Europe and North America. FOAF has released 3 records in the last 3 years, been featured in SPIN Magazine, named an artist to watch by Rolling Stone, an “American Visionary Duo” by Mesmerized, an “indie rock band taking the scene by storm" by Wonderland Magazine.

Pet Twin released their magnificent debut album No to Dread, a record Nightshift Magazine said was ‘infused with portent, anger, desolation and hope’ which is both right and wrong in a way. What’s certain is it’s an incredible live experience, powerful and moving, and also a lot of fun. You have to see it!
