Formed in late 2017, London’s Winter Hotel have created a hard-hitting, emotive brand of Alternative Metal, mixing characteristics typically found in genres like slamming/brutal/death metal with those of post-hardcore, metalcore and Midwest emo, removing the boundaries between metal’s vast spectrum of sub-genres. Drawing from human nature and real life events, all of the band’s works stem beyond music; creating a world of poetry, prose and audio that combine to tell strong narratives that dig beneath the surface of what it means to be human.
