Cam is a Grammy-nominated American country music singer and songwriter whose music incorporates elements taken from contemporary pop music. She began her career as a songwriter, composing material for several artists including Miley Cyrus. The California-born singer / songwriter has emerged as one of the true breakthrough artists of recent times with her first #1 country single, 'Burning House', which earned her GRAMMY®, ACM, CMA and CMT Award nominations and over a million downloads. Her Untamed album, on Arista Nashville/RCA Records, was released in December 2015 and debuted at #2 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart with the year’s best first-week album sales by a debut country act. Cam co-wrote 11 of the album tracks and was rewarded with widespread critical acclaim.
