For 50 years, the USA’s FBI was headed by one of the most controversial figures in history. His name was J. Edgar Hoover. As he lies on his deathbed, Hoover’s life flashes before him in the form of a 1950s Broadway musical. Here Comes J. Edgar! is an irrepressible musical comedy about the love of power and the power of love, and what a simple black dress and a single strand of pearls can do for a guy.
