Minnjiaraby was founded by Senegalese musician, Abdoulaye Samb whose original music is inspired by Fula and Mandinka cultures amongst others. The name of the band means 'The love of mixing,' which expresses the richness of Senegalese traditions, the beauty of different ethnic groups getting together, and an open-minded approach to all cultures and people.
