Sarah Blasko

Gloriously-attired former frontwoman of Acquiesce. The antipodean indie pop princess has been making waves since the 2004 release of her debut album, 'The Overture and Underscore', a definitively intimate instant classic that preceded her equally successful 'What the Sea Wants, The Sea Gets' and 2009's 'As Day Follows Night', an especially narrative and romantically autobiographical progression in her stunning songwriting career. Her 2013 masterpiece ‘I Awake’, meanwhile, superbly utilizes the Bulgarian Symphony Orchestra to enhance the transition in mood and tone of her dramatic folk mysticism.
