Counterpoints Arts presents: We Are The Many at EartH Hackney on Sunday 15 June – a festival kicking off London Refugee Week 2025 – curated around the theme of 'Community as a Superpower’, serving up music, stories, sustenance, healing and resistance.

Hosted by Inua Ellams, the event brings together artists, architects, chefs, DJs and musicians in a programme framed around collective and community organising; and ideas for a more equitable and inclusive world. Join us and be part of the many!

Goat Girl

Taking their name from the late comedian Bill Hicks' alter ego, Goat Boy, Goat Girl are an indie-rock band from London, UK. "Straight out of South London and determinedly DIY, Goat Girl are feisty, furious and fearless. Their incendiary rock, with shades of mid-noughties Cat Power and Medway garage girls Thee Headcoatees, challenges everything from national apathy to the perils of public transport" - The Guardian.

Inua Ellams

Boundless lover of rhythm and language, Inua Ellams has achieved considerable success as both a visual artist and poet. He has performed in a wide variety of venues and festivals, including the National Theatre, Queen Elizabeth Hall, the Tate Modern, Glastonbury and Latitude, in addition to extensive work as a workshop facilitator in universities and schools across the UK.
