This Christmas, little ones are invited to meet Father Christmas in a setting unlike any other – a beautifully dressed 18th-century Georgian sitting room, tucked inside the historic Chiswick House.

As part of Chiswick House Christmas, younger visitors can step into this magical grotto where Father Christmas himself will be waiting, ready to welcome families for a special festive moment. Surrounded by twinkling decorations, period furniture, and the warmth of Georgian charm, children will:

Father Christmas

Traditional yuletide performer, with a seemingly bottomless bag of fun and magic, adored by children and adults alike. Alas, his visits to these shores come but annually, but each year his performances are met with a heady mix of anticipation and excitement, celebration and commercialism. And like all the greats, he is often referred to by a single name: Santa. Unlikely to disappoint.
