Bruce Foxton of The Jam and Stiff Little Fingers announced his new all-star band in 2025. The career of Bruce Foxton spans almost 5 decades. He came to prominence as bassist/vocalist and songwriter for The Jam, writing and performing the lead vocals on 'News of the World', 'Smithers-Jones' along with The Kinks cover 'David Watts'. After the break of The Jam, Bruce Foxton released a solo album, 'Touch Sensitive', in 1984. He joined Stiff Little Fingers and toured and recorded with the band for over 15 years. Following his departure from Stiff Little Fingers, Bruce Foxton joined up with ex-The Jam drummer Rick Buckler, and guitarist/vocalist Russell Hastings in 2007 to tour as From The Jam.
