Join visionary London producer Loraine James for a special live presentation of her ambient-leaning alias Whatever The Weather.
Experience a rare live performance from one of electronic music's most inventive voices. Known for her boundary-pushing releases on Hyperdub, James reserves her alias, Whatever The Weather, for a more impressionistic, inward gaze, using sound to trace emotional temperature and texture.
Her latest album, Whatever The Weather II, moves through hypnotic ambience, collage-like soundscapes and diaristic field recordings. James seamlessly crafts immersive soundscapes that invite you to pause, reflect and experience music that feels both expansive and intimate. The result is a uniquely textured and heartfelt sonic palette, merging analogue and digital methods into something entirely her own.
