Jam Session

We’re very excited to welcome singer and pianist Dani Teal to Highams Park Jazz Club as our featured artist for the next jam session. Dani has performed at some of London’s most respected venues for over twenty years, bringing a rich mix of swing, lyricism, and soul to the stage. Influenced by legends like Oscar Peterson and Nat King Cole, Dani combines expressive piano playing with smooth, heartfelt vocals that truly capture the spirit of jazz.

Dani is also a member of the London Vocal Project and frequently collaborates with top jazz ensembles across the UK. Known for both musical sensitivity and energy, Dani creates performances that are intimate, uplifting, and full of character.

The evening will begin with a set from the house band featuring Dani alongside Tom Hewins on bass and Tom Hooper on drums, followed by a jam session open to guest musicians. Expect timeless standards, exciting musical moments, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. With great food and drinks available, it’s the perfect way to enjoy live jazz in the heart of Highams Park.
