Jam Session feat. Mark Lockheart

We're very excited to announce that the phenomenal saxophonist, Mark Lockheart, is returning as the featured artist for our upcoming jam session again.

Mark is a big name in the British music scene, collaborating across genres with household names such as Radiohead , Prefab Sprout and Stereolab.

In the 1980s, he rose to fame with the legendary Loose Tubes Big Band, went onto co-found Perfect Houseplants.

In the early noughties Mark joined the incredible British jazz band Polar Bear who were nominated for the Mercury Music Prize.

More recently Lockheart has completed a major jazz/orchestral work titled Days On Earth for jazz sextet and 30-piece orchestra.
