Two decades on from winning the Danny Kyle Open Stage Award at Celtic Connections, Breabach remain at the cutting edge of Scottish folk. Blending double bagpipes, fiddle, step dance, and soaring Gaelic vocals with the pulse of guitar and double bass, they create music that’s both rooted in tradition and boldly contemporary.
This anniversary year sees them revisiting favourite stages across the globe and collaborating with artists from Quebec to Australasia—and even with the Scottish National Jazz Orchestra—proving their relentless drive to innovate within folk music.
Support comes from Mooi, the long-standing duo of Rachel Lloyd & Laura-Leigh Dickenson, known for their exquisite harmonies and acoustic intimacy. Their rare live shows are a moving and memorable experience.
