Roger Clough is in his early 80s. ‘Oldenland’ is his first book for a non-academic audience and is a funny reflection on his journey in Oldenland and making the most of your senior years. Roger was Professor of Social Care at Lancaster University, has written numerous academic books on ageing and social care, and has spoken publicly (including on BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour) about the topic.
