About the show

We welcome the return of one of the UK’s most inventive and creative tenor saxophonists – cutting his teeth in the 1970’s with Ian Carr’s ‘Nucleus’ Tim went on to greater heights with his own projects, including Loose Tubes, and more recently his composition for orchestra ‘Turner and the Thames’ for The London Jazz Festival.

An inventive and exceptionally talented player, with technique and elegance in abundance. With Chris Coull (trumpet), Si Robinson (piano) and Joe Edwards (drums).
