A Healthy Dose of Humour is a night of Wellbeing and Laughter brought to you by Healthwatch Essex’s Fella’s Fair in partnership with Lost Sock Productions and Harlow Playhouse.
Come join us on Wednesday 18th March at Harlow Playhouse, and its completely FREE !
The evening combines informative guest speakers with live professional stand-up comedy, creating a relaxed and engaging way to explore topics around Men’s Health and Wellbeing.
Before the comedy begins, listen to our guest speakers talk about a wide variety of topics affecting men's health, ranging
from addiction to mental health and long-term conditions.
The comedy section will feature two professional comedians from the UK stand-up circuit, delivering an entertaining and high-energy finale to the evening.

Stefano Paolini
A Britain’s Got Talent 2022 Stefano Paolini is a British-Italian stand-up comedian known for his remarkable repertoire of voices, impressions, characters and beatboxing. Stefano reached the Semi- Finals of BGT

A 2002 Perrier Award finalist. He is known for his first-rate impressions, particularly his Italian TV advert sketch. Stefano speaks fluent Italian and can also mimic a variety of animal and musical sounds, including a wicked beatbox!

Mike Gunn
Mike Gunn is a Comedy Store regular and headlines gigs all over the UK.
He has appeared on numerous TV programmes, including Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow (BBC1), Celebrity Deal or no Deal (CH 4), and Harry Hill’s TV Burp (ITV). He has also been a contributor for The Guardian and written for Time Out, The List and Match of the Day Magazine and was support for Lee Mack on a huge theatre tour.
