Join us for a spooktacularly funny night of comedy with host Sam Avery, a “gifted storyteller” with a down-to-earth, observational style.

Opening the show is Patrick Monahan, a famously warm and funny comedian who won ITV's Show Me The Funny and holds the world record for the "Longest Hug."

Next up is the incredibly original Ryan Kenny, who was awarded Circuit Breaker 2024 and is a finalist for British Comedian of the Year. His "masterfully crafted material" is "refreshingly original and riotously funny."

Closing out the night is comedy legend Mick Ferry, a supremely talented and versatile performer who has appeared on Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow and in the film Looking for Eric.

Sam Avery

Sam Avery appearing at this event

Affable quick-witted banter merchant Sam Avery wanted to be a rock star! It nearly happened! Snapped up by music bigwigs at the tender age of 17 and touring with Motorhead and Ice T, he quickly developed a taste for sweat and snakebite. 'A comic you just know is gonna be big' (<a href="http://www.Manchestercomedy.com)." target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.Manchestercomedy.com).</a>

Mick Ferry

Mick Ferry appearing at this event

Manchester based Mick Ferry is renowned as a fine purveyor of lugubrious surrealism and is established as one of the most sought after comics on the British and International comedy circuit. One of the finest comperes around, at ease bantering with a crowd but with no shortage of first-class material, Mick performs regularly at The Comedy Store in London and Manchester, as well as being sought after at comedy venues across the UK and internationally. A supremely talented and versatile performer, Mick is also an esteemed member of The Cutting Edge at the London Comedy Store; a furiously paced, topical team show in which Mick continues to hone his talent for off-the-cuff, satirical and topical comedy, wowing audiences with his spontaneous acerbic outbursts and razor sharp wit. TV credits include stand-up performances on BBC1’s Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Sky1’s John Bishop’s Only Joking and three series of The Comedy Store for Comedy Central.

Patrick Monahan

Patrick Monahan appearing at this event

Winner of ITV's Show Me The Funny, this half-Iranian, half-Middlesbrough comic is a rising star on the comedy circuit. Full of an insatiable lust for life, his exuberant comedy greets the audience like a sex-starved spaniel would greet a trouser leg. In 2012 he took part in Let’s Dance for Sports Relief on BBC, won Best Newcomer at the Loaded LAFTA Awards and Forth Radio Best Stand-Up People’s Choice Award for his hit show ‘Hug Me I Feel Good’. He played the role of the dastardly Captain Hook in ‘The Pantomime Adventures of Peter Pan’ at the Worthing Pavilion from December 2016 to early Jan 2017. A natural-born performer, he exudes charisma from the stage (and often off it, when he scuttles into the crowd...!) 'High energy and conviction, his material is great; he's going to go far' (The Sunday Times) 'Omid Djalili meets Dave Allen' (Daily Mail) 'Monahan possesses the rare ability to be hilarious without being outrageous' (Three Weeks) 'The same mix of control and on-stage charisma as a young Alan Davies' (The Herald) 'Monahan is a supremely engaging performer, adored by his audiences and capable of some terrific comedy' (The Scotsman). Patrick Monahan featured in Ents24's top hardest-working comedians list in 2018, 2017 and 2016.
