As a former A&E doctor, Sunday Times No. 1 bestselling author, former Youth Mental Health Ambassador for the UK and host of Stompcast, Dr Alex draws on his personal experiences with loneliness, grief and sobriety to ask Am I Normal?

On the surface, Dr Alex George had it all: millions of online followers born out of his job as a doctor, a dedicated and outspoken advocate for the mental health of children and adults, latterly serving as the UK’s official Youth Mental Health Ambassador, and the founder of a hugely successful podcast where his guests walk and talk about their lives and share their expertise.
