Angine De Poitrine

Angine De Poitrine is an experimental rock duo from Quebec who formed in 2023 and is made up of Klek and Khn de Poitrine. Since then they been offering a repertoire of cardboard-like instrumental anti-arena-rock which, in the manner of techno music, is structured around a dynamic interplay of adding and removing sound patterns in constant metamorphosis.

Using his nimble toes and an electronic looping module, Khn records in real time and harmonizes multiple layers of melodic ornamentation, constantly alternating between microtonal guitar and bass, which intertwine in angular, chromatic phrases in quarter tones.
