Heidi and Boo enjoyed their concert here in Oundle last year so much that they expressed an interest to come back again to play and this time they are bringing along their Friends for a special Weekend event in the Talbot Hotel's Westgate Suite.
The weekend festival of great folk music is set to take place during Saturday evening, Sunday afternoon and Sunday evening Nov 15-16 with Kris Drever, Polly Paulusma and Chris Brown performing on Saturday and Jill Jackson, Tamsin Elliott and Michele Stodart during the Sunday sessions. Heidi and Boo will play a full set Sunday evening to close the weekend. and they will also likely play a short closing set alongside their Friends after each session. The full program with set timings will be shared here later but the key times are as follows :
Saturday Doors and Bar open at 18:00 hrs
Saturday closes at approximately 22:45 hrs
Sunday Doors and Bar open at 14:00 hrs
Sunday Session one runs from 14:30 hrs until 17:30 hrs
Dinner Break
Sunday Session two Doors and Bar at 19:00 hrs
Sunday session one runs from 19:30 hrs until 22:45 hrs
Ticket prices are :
£50 for the Full Weekend
£25 for a Saturday Day Ticket
£35 for a Sunday Day Ticket
Please note that there is no accessible entrance to the performing area of the Westgate Suite at this venue and there is a short staircase up to the room.

Heidi Talbot
Having cut her teeth as lead singer with Irish American all-female outfit Cherish The Ladies, Heidi Talbot is right at home in the twin worlds of Irish traditional and roots music. Heidi Talbot (born 1980) is an Irish folk singer from Kill, County Kildare, Ireland. 'Talbot is exquisite. Björk combined with Enya' (Village Voice).

Boo Hewerdine
For over 30 years Boo Hewerdine has been considered one of the UK’s finest singer-songwriters. As lead singer of seminal band, The Bible, through his subsequent solo work and his long-time collaboration with the incredible Eddi Reader he has become something of a national treasure. Since Swimming in Mercury was released in 2017, Boo has been writing, recording and touring with Eddi Reader, Chris Difford, Kris Drever and Emily Barker among others. He is in demand as a writer, producer and performer. This Autumn he will be undertaking an extensive tour, singing songs from his new album ‘Before’ and his extensive back catalogue. A naturally gifted raconteur his gigs are always a total joy.

Jill Jackson
Scottish singer-songwriter, formerly of the band Speedway and The Chaplins. Her material covers rock, folk, americana, pop and alternative country music. A natural born storyteller and award-winning artist, Jill effortlessly marries swinging American charm with Scottish heart.

Tamsin Elliott
Tamsin is a folk musician, composer and film-maker based in Bristol. With roots in the dance tunes of the British Isles, her interests and playing styles extend to European and Middle Eastern musics as well as experimental and ambient sounds. Her "beautiful, filmic compositions for accordion, harp, whistle and voice" (The Guardian) are grounded in tradition, whilst pushing boundaries and exploring minimalist, neo-classical, sound art and other non-traditional formats.
