Utah Saints
Sample kings of the early 90s rave scene, the Saints scored big chart success with 'What Can You Do For Me?' and 'Something Good'. A resurgent force in the '00s with their own brand of classy techno-trance, and live DJ sets (Dex N FX).

Alabama 3
Legendary Brixton collective, best known for the theme tune to the TV show 'Sopranos'. They combine techno beats with country instruments and are a group best sampled live. 'The best live band in the country' (The Guardian).

Space
Cheeky, scouse outfit whose quirky, uplifting brand of indie-pop has produced many smiles, as well as some irresistable tunes ('Neighbourhood', 'Female Of The Species', 'Me And You Vs The World'). Record company wrangles led to them being silent at the start of the new millennium, but in 2012 Space were back with a vengeance and playing material from their new albums 'Attack Of The 50ft Kebab' and 'Give Me Your Future'.
