Hosted In collaboration with Falmouth Book Festival.
Join the author of the multi-million bestselling Roasting Tin books for a delicious conversation celebrating fuss-free cooking, bold flavours, creative recipes, and the joy of sharing food.
Rukmini Iyer's Roasting Tin series, which has sold nearly 2 million copies worldwide. Her minimum-fuss, maximum-flavour recipes have led the one-tin, one-pot and one-pan revolution, making her a firm favourite with cookbook buyers. She’s a regular on morning TV and the newest weekly columnist for the Guardian’s Feast magazine.
Raised on Bengali, South Indian and classic British cooking, she was inspired by her mother’s ability to create delicious dinners on busy weeknights. As a new mother herself, she’s passionate about helping households cook great, easy meals. A keen kitchen gardener, she also writes for BBC Gardener’s World, BBC Good Food and supermarket magazines, and enjoys food markets, gardening, reading and hosting friends.
