Mum's The Word returns - this time for a festive extravaganza at legendary Exeter venue, Timepiece. Designed for over-30s looking for a Christmas event, but who aren't worried about staying out until the early hours. This will be an afternoon and evening of both live music and amazing DJs, so warm up your vocal chords and get your dancing shoes on. K-Klass will be headlining with an energetic DJ set, with local musicians Eventine belting out the classics in a long awaited return to live performances. There will also be sets from Love Deluxx and DJ Hatchett, and live music from Michael Collings and Marvin Muoneke. For those wanting to carry on their night, there will be a very exclusive after party in Castle Street's bunker.

K-Klass

DJs and producers responsible for some awesome remixes and classic early house cuts like Rhythm Is A Mystery and Don't Stop. Expect a set consisting of quality, funky house with some old skool vibes thrown in.

Eventine

The South West's premier covers band; performing popular rock, funk, pop, dance and club covers, they provide a night to remember for all. "Eventine are clearly capable of bringing any audience to their feet, they will not disappoint". There are not many bands that can blast out the rock, funk and soul, yet end the night like a club night in Ibiza!

Marvin Muoneké

Marvin Muoneké has established himself as one of the most exciting voices in contemporary jazz. Known for his deeply soulful interpretations of the Great American Songbook, Marvin has toured with the award-winning swing band Down For The Count, performed with the Vince Dunn Orchestra and sung with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra.
