EES is a three-man garage rock band, formed in Tokyo in 1994. After a successful 30th Anniversary run in 2024, Electric Eel Shock are back at the Cavern for the first time since 2012.
Electric Eel Shock
These Japanese rock'n'roll monsters' phenomenal energetic shows have gained them an extraordinarily loyal fan base across the world. Their music is clearly influenced by Led Zep, Black Sabbath and Iron Maiden, but it's delivered with the kind of insane humour that only the Japanese can manage. After supporting Bloodhound Gang on their 2005 tour, the band are now headlining their own shows.
