Get ready for the hottest vintage event of the Summer, Summertime Swing, by popular demand, now back on a Sunday! The Jive Aces present another packed afternoon of swing, jive, rock 'n' roll and rhythm and blues with some very special guests. Joining us this year so far are British rock 'n' roll legend Marty Wilde and the Queen of Swedish hot jazz, Gunhild Carling, Western Swing fiddling sensation from Caesar's Cowboys Mary Lee and sultry songstress Noelle Vaughn. Plus DJs eight-Beat Mac & Eight-Beat Mabel, vintage stalls, classic car display and all proceeds going to charities including The Not Forgotten, C.O.P.S. (Care of Police Survivors) and other local charities.

The Jive Aces

Britain's Got Talent stars The Jive Aces are UK's No.1 Jive and Swing band. Renowned for their high energy show, they put Simon Cowell "in a really good mood" and were the first live band to reach the BGT semi-finals. Marty Wilde

Reg Smith (aka Marty Wilde) was a massive pop star in the '50s and '60s with a plethora of hits including Rubber Ball and Teenager In Love. Marty is still touring the nation's concert halls and getting a great reaction from audiences up and down the country. His own show, 'Born to Rock 'n' Roll', in which he performs with his Wildcats, has received wonderful critical acclaim and has not only attracted his original fans but a whole host of new ones, who are just discovering the man and his individual brand of rock 'n' roll. The show has acquired a cult status and is definitely one not to be missed.

English jazz singer Noelle Vaughn is quickly making a name for herself as one of the most sultry and captivating vocalists on the UK scene. With her rich, velvety voice and effortless stage presence, Vaughn has been wowing audiences with her soulful renditions of classic jazz standards and original compositions.

Mary Lee and Caesar's Cowboys

Mary Lee and Caesar’s Cowboys, Rome’s premier western swing band, bring the vibrant sounds of 1930s and 1940s America to global stages. Founded in 2022 by Dutch vocalist-fiddler Marjolein “Mary Lee” Mutsaerts and Italian guitarist Luciano Micheli, the band blends jazz, country, and blues with infectious energy. Joined by Flavio Pasquetto (steel guitar), Simone Scifoni (piano), Federico Ullo (double bass), and Alessandro Cipollari (drums), they deliver toe-tapping classics and originals, evoking Bob Wills and Cindy Walker. Their debut album, See Ya Later, Gladiator! (2024), has earned praise for its authenticity and swing. Viral videos like “Everybody’s Truckin’” boosted their fame, leading to performances at Rhythm Riot and Summer Jamboree.
