THE PAUL SIMON STORY
Shades of Simon present their highly acclaimed 2 hour show 'The Paul Simon Story'. The show has an engaging narration telling the story of Paul Simon as one of the best songwriters of his generation and the outstanding 5-piece band perform authentic renditions of the best of his songs from his time in Simon & Garfunkel in the 60’s through to his South African inspired Graceland tour in the 80’s.
NOTE: The concert will be held in the garden area adjacent to the River Stour. People should bring their own picnic food and drink plus garden chairs or rugs. In addition, the National Trust cafe will be open for tea, coffee and snacks and bottled alcoholic drinks. Free parking after 5pm in the National Trust car park approx 200 yards from the Gardens. Please do not bring dogs, amplified music is not a suitable environment for them, or for babies & young children. Any children must be closely supervised at all times and kept well away from the river. This is an open air event and the concert will go ahead whatever the weather, so please come suitably prepared!
