Griff Rhys Jones is back on the road with the second tour of his much-anticipated brand new stand-up show, following a hugely successful run last year.

Join Griff as he shares more funny observations and comic stories.

The show always varies as Griff rambles on the developing national permacrisis. Age. Family. Fraud. Nostalgia. The Tik Tok generation. Crocodile smuggling and noodling in Australia. Travel, dogs, hotels, drink and midnight trains. He takes questions from the audience and lets rip as his associations wander.

The Cat’s Pyjamas follows Griff’s last hugely successful international tour, All Over The Place, which saw him play to capacity crowds across the UK, Australia and New Zealand. Away from the stage, Griff is best known for his countless TV appearances, including as the star of ten series of Smith & Jones and one quarter of the ground breaking Not The Nine O’Clock News, whilst his multiple documentary series have been critically acclaimed ratings hits.

Griff Rhys Jones

On of the country's most versatile comedians and broadcasters. Griff’s career has seen him presenting, acting and writing, but it was comedy that first made him a national icon. Griff Rhys Jones found his way into the country’s hearts and funny bones with Mel Smith, appearing in films together, on stage together, and in their hit show Smith & Jones on television together for nearly twenty years. Aside from comedy, Griff’s career has seen him presenting, acting and writing. He has scaled some of the UK’s highest peaks for his ITV series Mountains and presented its follow up Rivers with Griff Rhys Jones both of which were great ratings hits. He has presented travel documentaries including A Great Welsh Adventure, Slow Train Through Africa, Griff’s Great Britain. Griff starred in Three Men in a Boat on BBC Two alongside old friends Rory McGrath and Dara O’Briain. Griff has presented It’ll Be Alright on the Night since 2008, and as an actor has appeared in television shows Mine All Mine and Agatha Christie’s Marple on ITV. As well as being a well-known television star Griff has also left his mark on the stage, starring as Toad in The Wind in the Willows and Fagin in Oliver! He has won two Olivier Awards for Best Comedy Performance for Charley’s Aunt and An Absolute Turkey.
