Hailing from Cwmbran in South Wales, Whiskey River plays Americana, Cajun, Zydeco, Folk, Good Country, Blues and a smattering of Celtic Music. With many years’ experience of performing, these guys deliver the goods, whether in acoustic or full electric mode.
Whiskey River
6 piece band from the Welsh borders fronted by Martin Blake on guitar and vocals and Aidan Sheehan on Cajun accordion, harmonica, percussion and vocals. The rest of the lineup comprises fiddle, tenor sax, a rockin' rhythm section and harmony vocals. Whiskey River play Cajun, Zydeco, swamp blues, good country and rock n roll. Put on your dancing shoes!
