The Midnite Follies Orchestra

Founded in 1975 by jazz pianist Keith Nichols and arranger Alan Cohen the Midnite Follies Orchestra recreate music from the early jazz era. The musicians all have a feel for the music of the 1920's and 1930's performing it in an authentic manner.
The music of Duke Ellington was prominent in the orchestras repertoire, but also includes music by Fletcher Handerson, Louis Armstrong, Cab Calloway and other jazz gians of the era.
