Trinity Jazz Club presents Mark Nightingale with the Joe Pettitt Trio plus support from Trinity students.
18-times winner of Trombonist of the Year in the British Jazz Awards, Mark Nightingale is an internationally acclaimed soloist, highly respect composer, and one of the UK’s most in-demand studio musicians. He’s played with Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Steely Dan, Elton John, Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, Henry Mancini, Tina Turner and Peggy Lee to name but a few. Add in jazz greats such as Ray Brown, Jeff Hamilton, James Morrison, Cleo Laine, Lee Konitz, Scott Hamilton and Kenny Wheeler, and the wealth of experience and calibre of Mark’s playing becomes clear.
