The Carrivick Sisters are an award-winning English folk and bluegrass duo consisting of identical twin sisters Charlotte and Laura Carrivick. Originally from South Devon, they have been performing together since 2006 and are known for their multi-instrumental skills and close sibling harmonies.
The duo blends traditional English folk influences (often inspired by the legends and folklore of their native Devon) with American bluegrass and old-time music. They are highly regarded for their "multi-instrumental dexterity," frequently swapping between various instruments during live performances

Carrivick Sisters
Twins Laura and Charlotte from Devon first started performing as a duo in 2006, and in 2007 won a busking contest and a spot at Glastonbury and turned professional. They play guitar, mandolin, banjo, dobro and fiddle, sing and harmonise wonderfully and perform with an expertise and maturity way beyond their tender years. Their background is in bluegrass but with a strong folk influence evident in their original songs which are inspired by their local landscape and stories.
